Yoga at your office

All of my employee appreciation programs are suitable for small firms, medium companies, and large corporations.

Stress is a natural by-product of Corporate America.  Help your employees manage it by offering a weekly employee yoga class as a health and wellness benefit.  It's easy to set-up, inexpensive, and very effective.

Benefits an office yoga:

  •     Improved employee concentration and productivity
  •     Less mental stress and physical tension
  •     Heightened moral and mood
  •     Relief from job-related stress injuries
  •     Reduced health care cost and lower number of sick days

WHEN?
-before work
-lunchtime
-after work

FREQUENCY:
- Each class is about 60 minutes
- On a weekly or monthly basis
- During employee appreciation days

LOCATION:
Conference rooms, multi-use office space, onsite gyms, and company-shared fitness centers are the best spaces for holding your workplace yoga classes. If nothing like that is available, almost any room will do. Yoga can be done in a chair, too!

For more information (including cost and structure), please email HealingMultiverse@gmail.com. Please include the apx. number of employees attending the class , occupation, and other relevant information.

"I really enjoyed the workshop yesterday! I think this class should be offered to ALL employees. God knows, everyone could benefit from it! We need more programs like this in the corporate world to help with the stress"
